For years NASA has prized the specialty asian Tokyo Bekana cabbage as their preferred crop on the International Space Station (ISS). This specific and very tender "cabbage" - akin to a cross between Bok Choy, Mustard Greens, and Lettuce - was chosen because it's highly rated from both a nutritional and taste perspective.
