  • How does home delivery work?
We're now offering deliveries on Tuesdays. Orders must be placed either Sunday night or Monday, to be delivered Tue, typically between 9:00am - 2:00pm. Your driver will txt you when they are 15 minutes away, and once the produce has arrived. No direct contact necessary. Deliveries are limited to a specific delivery zone. The standard delivery fee is $15. Orders over $100 incur an additional $5 boxing fee. Orders over $300 incur an addional $10 fee. Orders over $400 incur an addional $15 fee. Orders over $700 incur an addional $20 fee.
  • How does pickup work?
We're offering pickup orders on Tuesdays. Orders must be placed Sunday night or Monday, and will be ready at 8AM Tuesday. You can come a little later, especially in cooler weather, but we set orders outside at 8AM. They are put back in the cooler by 11AM. The earlier you come, the fresher your produce will be. You don't have to interact with anyone, just bring your order number and grab the right one. The normal pickup fee is $5. Orders $100+ incur an addtional boxing fee for a total of $10. Orders $300+ incur an addtional boxing fee for a total of $15. Orders $400+ incur an addtional boxing fee for a total of $20. Orders $700+ incur an addtional boxing fee for a total of $25. The reason we have to charge boxing fees is because it takes our staff quite a bit of time and effort to pack these orders. If you are unable to pay due to hardship, please contact 941-363-1586 and press 3.
  • Why is there a $5 fee on pickup orders?
The $5 fee is a "boxing fee." Our market is normally open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So if you plan to pickup an online order on Tuesday, everything is already packed up and put away in our walk-in cooler, and it takes quite a bit of time and effort for our hardworking staff to pull everything individually and pack it for you. Thanks for understanding!
  • Can I checkout without a PayPal account?
Yes! You can always use PayPal to checkout with any debit/credit card, even if you don't have a PayPal account! Navigate to our Shopping Cart. Then click the "Paypal Checkout" button. Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below where it asks you to "log in" :) Enter your card details, and that's it! Technical Problems? Use our chat or contact form.
  • Do you deliver to _ _ _ _ _ ?
Our regular delivery area falls within Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton. Your address must be in mainland Sarasota (not the keys), West of Lorraine Rd (which is near I-75), North of Clark Rd, and South of State Rd 70. If you live outside this zone, we recommend that you arrange a group pick-up to your area by joining together with friends and family. Simply place multiple pick-up orders on the same day (cost is only $5 each, or $10 for orders over $100), and have one person pick up the group's orders.
  • Can I place a pickup or delivery order over the phone?
We encourage you to order online but if you need help placing an order, please call 941-363-1586 and select Option 2 for technical help.
